CSG offers full time employees options for insurance benefits after 90 days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company paid life and AD&D insurance, and tuition assistance. Both full time and part time employees accrue PBT (paid benefit time) up to 130hrs per calendar year.

Available Positions

Sandy Spring MD (200 bed Continuing Care Retirement Center)

Part Time Prep Cook - Candidate will prepare ingredients for food items to be cooked for patients, residents, physicians, employees, visitors and for special functions. Must maintain clean working area, and adhere to all food handling requirements. Hours are 10:30a-6p, 24-30hrs/wk. Weekends are required.

Baltimore MD (Upscale Assisted Living Facility)

Servers - Four hour shifts in the evening, weekends required, 12-24 hrs/wk; Candidate will have serving experience; Duties include serving food and beverages, dining room set up and clean up, occasional mopping and window cleaning.

Trexlertown, PA (60 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility)

 

Washington DC (200 bed Upscale Retirement Community)

Certified Dietary Manager - Candidate will plan, direct and control all food service activities according to standards. Will establish and oversee policies and standard operating procedures for the department. Will be responsible for purchasing, food production, tray assembly, cash operations, budgeting, direct staff supervision and training.

Chef Manager - Candidate will prepare hot and cold items for the client population, supervise staff, order product, create menus, and manage daily kitchen operations to ensure a quality product is served. Adheres to all food handling requirements, while ensuring accuracy of patient/resident meals.
