Food safety procedures
HACCP is used in identifying potentially hazardous foods, contamination in the food flow and in determining the potential for survival and multiplication of microorganisms. Appropriate control and preventive measures are implemented and subsequently monitored on a routine basis. The HACCP program is the best insurance policy for protection from food borne illness and the best assurance of quality. Time and temperature principles, audit, forms, training to educate staff to adhere to the guidelines, properly document data, and appropriate corrective actions, all are an interregnal part of educating.

Computerized Management System
CSG would implement a streamlined software program to assist in tracking inventory, purchasing, resident information, catered events, etc., reducing the amount of time spent on administrative responsibilities.  CSG’ software offers all of these applications in one program, allowing additional time for “hands-on” management and training. 

Job Descriptions / Performance Evaluations
Through the effective use of these tools, employees will have clearly defined expectations, goals and objectives, and understand what is necessary to be a continued part of the team. Evaluations are completed annually and development plans are designed with each team member.
