Registered Dietitian
Culinary Services Group, a Premier Healthcare Contract
Food Service Management Company seeks a Registered Dietitian to
support the residents of a healthcare community. The RD will implement
nutritional care to residents within established standards of
practice and provide appropriate intervention including the planning
of therapeutic diets, performance of nutritional assessments,
and development of nutrition information. The RD will function
as an active member of the healthcare team by contributing expertise
in nutrition to ensure the provisions of optimal resident care.
This position will be instrumental in educating residents on healthy
eating habits and consult with those with special nutritional
requirements while working with our Chefs to deliver balanced
and complete menu offerings.
The ideal RD will have progressive clinical experience working
in a healthcare environment. This position must be able to provide
reliable, yet objective information and be able to translate complex
industry findings into simple terms for our residents. The Registered
Dietitian must be approachable, trustworthy, and have the ability
to build relationships within a community. This position must
be well versed in current nutrition trends and practices and posses
excellent communication and written skills.
Candidates must have the Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
