Service Manager
Culinary Services Group, a premier Healthcare Contract
Food Service Management Company seeks a Service Manager to oversee
all service related functions of their dining rooms in a healthcare
community. This position will be responsible for ensuring residents
are receiving a high level of customer service, maintaining perfectly
clean and highly organized service areas, training and managing
service team members and assisting with other day-to-day tasks.
Ideal candidates will be proven leaders that can coach and mentor
others, be highly organized and have a tremendous standard for
cleanliness. Candidates should have the ability to successfully
work in a team-oriented environment, be self-motivated & enthusiastic,
and possess superior customer service skills with a "can
do attitude."
Candidates with previous restaurant / customer service experiences
