Full-Service Management
- CSG provides on-site dietary team, which includes management,
clinical, production and service staff.
- Constant supervision and Quality Improvement inspections
by CSG corporate management personnel.
- All job descriptions, detailed work schedules, daily/weekly/monthly
routines, training manuals, policies, protocols, and standard
operating procedures.
- CSG carries the responsibility of workers comp, payroll,
taxes and all other employee benefits.
- CSG assumes the responsibility for all administrative tasks;
including payroll processing and procurement.
- CSG corporate support personnel provide additional resources
to ensure regulatory, fiscal and service compliance.
- CSG customizes job descriptions, detailed work schedules,
daily/weekly/monthly routines, training manuals, policies, protocols,
and standard operating procedures based on the needs of each
individual client.
Management Only

the needs of each individual client.

hiring, payroll, taxes, employee benefits and insurance.

Consulting Service
- Comprehensive assessment of clients facility.
- Identify operational efficiencies and inefficiencies, and
thereby recommending solutions.
- Our report will provide a detailed analysis highlighting opportunities
for cost reduction and quality improvement. Including, but not
limited to, inventory control, service programs, procurement,
productivity, quality improvement/assurance initiatives and
regulatory compliance.
