The theme of the 2019 Leadership Conference was “Aligning Innovation and Values,” and sessions focused on how implementing new technologies will allow us to live out our mission, “to improve the lives of those we serve.” This training is an essential investment in the company’s future growth.

During the conference, Rich Valway, President & CEO of Culinary Services Group, announced the launch of our new guiding principles, 25 core values that will make up our recipe for success. They describe daily behaviors that will allow us to achieve our vision, deliver world-class service and have a high performing company culture. These values define the CSG way of doing business.
Along with these values, the company announced the launch of innovative technologies that will differentiate us as a company and give us a competitive edge in the marketplace. These technologies will alter the way we handle data analytics, payroll, recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
