Shortly after Brian began his culinary career, he came a chef. His love of food and the hospitality industry allowed him to become an owner and operator of his own restaurant for more than 15 years. With years’ of experience, Brian chose a different path which took him to the healthcare industry. After 21 years working as a chef, food service director and district manager in acute and long-term, Brian believes he can have a personal impact on both the customers he serves, as well as the managers who work under his tutelage.
