Matt was born in Virginia and has lived in the Delmarva region his entire life. He apprenticed as a young chef at The Boar’s Head Inn at the foothills of The Blue Ridge Mountains in Charlottesville and has been working the DC and Baltimore restaurant and hotel circuit for the last 14 years. In addition to training and mentoring Culinary Services Group’s team of chefs, Matt also oversees recipe and menu development for our client’s communities.
